1) Jalopies is a service to
advertise vehicles for private sales, companies, traders and
dealers and it does not sell or trade vehicle as a trader or
dealer. Any contact made by vendors to you and any vehicles purchased is
a contract between you and the vendors.
Jalopies do not have any responsibility
for the vehicles you are supplied or the service you are given by
the vendors.
Thus if you are supplied with defective vehicles or details are untrue
it is an issue between you and vendors.
The customer and the vendors shall hold
Jalopies harmless in and from all claims, liabilities, damages and
detriments. The customer irrevocably promise and agree to hold Jalopies
harmless from and against all losses, claims, expenses, suits, damages,
costs, demands or liabilities, joint or several, of whatever kind or
nature that the client, customer or vendors may experience as a result
of using the services of the Jalopies. This includes but is not limited
to acts of god or nature, fires, strikes, floods, riots, power outages,
telecommunication outages, ISP downtime and/or offline time, interfering
requirements or regulations of government, civil or military authority.
Observe recommended procedures for
private car purchase and sales as issued by the Home Office. Vehicle
Checks are available from H.P.I and other sources
2) Jalopies is also a
service to advertise services or supply of goods by individuals,
companies, traders and dealers and it does not offer or supply
these services or goods. Any contact made by suppliers to you
and is a contract between you and the suppliers.

3) Jalopies may offer goods
for purchase or services which will be suitable for the purpose for
which they are purchased and it is a condition of sale to which the
purchaser agrees that time is not of essence. It is also a condition of
sale to which the purchaser agrees that liability is restricted to
either refund or replacement in the event of defective goods or
services.
The customer and the suppliers shall
hold Jalopies harmless in and from all contingent claims, liabilities,
damages and detriments. The customer irrevocably promise and agree to
hold Jalopies harmless from and against all contingent losses, claims,
expenses, suits, damages, costs, demands or liabilities, joint or
several, of whatever kind or nature that the client, customer or
suppliers may experience as a result of using the services of the
Jalopies. This includes but is not limited to acts of god or nature,
fires, strikes, floods, riots, power outages, telecommunication outages,
ISP downtime and/or offline time, interfering requirements or
regulations of government, civil or military authority.
4) Jalopies advertises details
as supplied in the belief that statements are true but it is the
purchasers responsibility to ensure such facts are true.

as soon as reasonably possible (seven days normally) and hard copy
posted to Pean Finance Marketing co, 9 Merlewood, Dickleburgh, Norfolk,
IP21 4PL.
6) Jalopies is committed to fair
trading and will use it's best endeavors at all times to trade fairly
with both purchasers and suppliers.
